Gold Standard Whey Protein

I use Whey Gold Standard for many years. Originally I chose, because he won the regular prices on bodybuilding websites and I stayed with him, because it tastes good, comes at a good price and most importantly, it does the job.

Many or flavors, great taste

Although this whey comes in 12 delicious flavors I have to admit that my favorite is rich chocolate double. Add it to your morning oatmeal or dent in a protein shake with a banana after a workout, it's just like drinking chocolate milk. I've never been there, finally found a bitter taste and is a pleasure to drink, if you mix with water or milk.

If chocolate is not your thing, then why not try caramel fudge caramel, strawberry banana, cookies and cream or tropical punch.

Why I Recommend Gold Standard Whey
ON Gold Standard whey powder may not be the cheapest protein powder on the market but if you buy cheap you get cheap and with this offering from Optimum Nutrition you’re getting a high quality mix at a good price.
It may not be an organic product produced from grass-fed cows living in some beautiful pasture somewhere but where it counts in the nutrition department you get what you need to feed your muscles and put on lean muscle.
Although it comes in a variety of flavors you may find some too exotic so try a smaller container first until you find one that matches your pallet. Personally I prefer to stick with the simple chocolate flavor as it goes with everything and can even be added to home made protein bars.
